We recognise that formulators need a quick response to their requests. In line with this we aim to provide samples within 48 hours of request for our BotaniX range of extracts. All other ranges will be advised when sample requests are submitted. All samples are delivered with specifications and 16point MSDS.

All extracts are made to order and we aim to process and deliver within two weeks. However, for contracts, and for our more popular lines, we aim to keep delivery to within one week.
